The selected candidates will be appointed as Assistant Professor (College Cadre), Class-I (Gazetted) in the Department of Higher Education, Government of Himachal Pradesh. The post is at Academic Pay Level-11 in the State Pay Matrix with a salary scale of Rs 57,700 to Rs 1,82,400. The appointment is initially on Job Trainee basis and the candidates shall be governed by the terms & conditions applicable to the Job Trainees as notified by the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
